Miss Taylor Wright

Taylor Wright earned her second degree black belt after a five year journey through the ranks of Tae Kwon Do. Over the years, Taylor has competed in numerous tournaments. She has earned multiple Grand Champion titles as well National Champion titles in sparring in 2018 and 2019 and specialty breaking in 2018. She was a member of Team USA and completed in multiple events at the World Championships in Inzell, Germany in 2019 where she also was elected Team Captain by her team mates for the Junior Women's Team.  

Taylor teaches the Monday All Level class and the Wednesday kickboxing class at Poteet Martial Arts. She enjoys the opportunity to be able to teach a wide variety of students and fellow martial arts enthusiasts. 

Outside of the studio, Miss Wright is attending college studying to become a veterinarian. She also works at a local animal hospital, is an assistant dance instructor and helps manage her families’ cattle ranch.
