Color belts: ITF patterns (1 optional), sparring (1 - 2 minute round), power breaking (optional board amounts), Chon-Ji Challenge

Black belts: ITF patterns (1 designated, 1 optional), sparring (1 - 2 minute round, finals 2 - 2 minute rounds), power breaking (designated board amounts), Chon-Ji Challenge

Special Needs/Adaptive: ITF Patterns (1 optional), Sparring (1 - 2 minute round), Power breaking (optional board amounts), Chon-Ji Challenge

Closed finger gloves, male groin protection and helmets are required.
